We currently use Squarespace Analytics.

9. Who receives your information?

  • Microsoft, which provides Microsoft 365 email, cloud storage, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Other video-conferencing or transcription providers selected by a client or agency for a particular interview.

  • Courts, regulators, public authorities, or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required.

  • A relevant client, agency, or project partner where this is necessary for the project and the information may lawfully be shared.

Website form submissions are stored within Squarespace and delivered to our Microsoft 365 email account.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own unrelated purposes where they process it on our behalf.

Some service providers, including Squarespace and Microsoft, may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as:

Relevant proposals, contractual correspondence, project communications, and records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship or project ends, where needed to maintain business records or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Accounting and tax records

Invoices, payment records, and related accounting information are normally kept for six years from the end of the company financial year to which they relate, or longer where legally required.

Interview recordings

Recordings are normally deleted within 90 days after final project delivery, once the recording is no longer required to verify the transcript, quotations, or work produced. A different period may apply where the relevant client or agency requires earlier deletion or has agreed another appropriate period.

Interview transcripts and working notes

Transcripts and notes are normally deleted within 12 months after final project delivery, unless they remain necessary for an ongoing client relationship, a legal claim, or a documented client requirement.

Cookie preferences and analytics

Cookie preferences and analytics information are retained according to the applicable Squarespace settings and service-retention periods.

Privacy requests and complaints

Records relating to privacy rights requests and data-protection complaints are normally retained for three years after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is necessary because of an ongoing dispute or legal requirement.Information may remain temporarily in secure backups after deletion from active systems.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including:
