Challenge
Showcasing the potential of edge computing through interactive storytelling
Dell Technologies needed an engaging way to demystify edge computing for enterprise buyers. Traditional explainer formats were not cutting it. The brief: build an interactive video experience that clearly shows how edge solves real-world challenges across industries, while making a complex topic approachable and memorable.
Solution
Engagement through interactivity
I led narrative structure and scripting for the project, working as part of a cross-functional agency team. I developed a clear storyline anchored by Dell Technologies’ playful robot mascot, Giga. The script introduced edge computing in simple terms, then routed users through five clickable use case paths. Each path combined scenario-based storytelling with a consistent narrative frame, followed by the option to explore a related customer success story. The experience was hosted on Brightcove and built for self-guided exploration. The narrative was supported by relevant metrics throughout, adding texture and insight to keep viewers engaged.
